Rose wine and live music night

Hello All,

My friend Martin and I will be playing music this coming Saturday night probably around 8pm or so…lots of French songs and some improvisations with two acoustic guitars etc… and if you like Rose wine I have a Cotes du Rhone that is exquisite! $5 a glass or $20 a bottle just for this Saturday!

If you can’t make it this Saturday…we’ll be having rehearsals tonight and tomorrow night at around 10pm

It's Beaujolais Nouveau Time at Saint Germain

Hello All,

I am putting together a Beaujolais wine party at Saint-Germain next Thursday the 16th. I'll be playing accordion and guitar, while my staff will be taking care of you :-). I'll make sure to push the tables away if you guys want to dance later...I am bringing a very ecclectic music collection to dance to! :-)
The party starts at 6pm and ends...well at least at 2am!

Grande ouverture / Grand opening

Hello all! Exciting News...(at least for me...and for some of you as well

For once this is not about music, but about the opening of my own bistro and wine bar...Named after a quarter of Paris that I really love, Saint-Germain is opening today the 18th at 11.00 am for lunch. The menu is simple...Tartines (open faced country bread sandwishes), croques-monsieur, baguette sandwishes, and salads. Most of everything is made in house, our food will be mostly organic and will please vegetarians (like myself!), as well as "Charcuterie" lovers...
Saint-Germain is also a wine bar with a selection of 50 + wines (oh and we have some real cool beers as well!) . We are open tuesdays through saturdays from 11 am to midnight on weekdays and from 11am to 2am on Friday and Saturday nights.

I will of course play a little music my-self from time to time, but will also invite artists to perform on special nights!

We will also soon be online at www.saintgermainseattle.com where you will be able to download our menu and wine list as well as check out events and such!

In the meantime, wish me luck and show your support
